Typically our PRODUCTION TIME is 8 weeks for our BREAD BOXES and VEGETABLE BINS.
Each item is handmade one at a time just for you. Please take this production time into consideration before placing your order. Current production times are subject to change depending on current workload or order size.
☑ SHIP DATES: The ship date provided on your receipt is automated by Etsy, not Dlightful Designs, so it can fluctuate and SUBJECT TO CHANGE depending on our work load and your place in line with our orders. This does not include ship time, so please allow enough time for your order to arrive.
☑ LARGE ORDERS: If you plan to place a large order, please note that large orders can take longer than our posted lead time.

** We currently have a 1 WEEK production DELAY on some items, extended from our normal production time. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Please know we are working very hard to put out orders as quickly as possible.

All items are coming straight from our wood shop where a lot of saw dust is made. I do dust your item off before packaging but please know that your item may need to be wiped down again when it arrives to you as the dust tends to be in the air and likes to cling to everything. Spray some Pledge on a rag and wipe your item down.

We do our best to package your item as securely as possible but just like with anything, accidents happen. Please let us know if your item arrives damaged. We insure your package and an insurance claim can be filed. *** All original packaging must be kept for inspection by the shipping company.

Please add any changes or custom details in the "note to seller" section during etsy checkout. Even if you have previously messaged me with details please also add the details in the noted section. I take several dozen messages each day and this helps to keep orders straight.

We will accept returns on a case by case basis, but the customer is responsible for return shipping. Item must be returned in original packaging and in undamaged condition. Insurance and tracking must also be added to the package because that is added when i send it to you. Once I receive the item back in undamaged condition I will issue a refund minus shipping that was paid to send the item to you originally.

PLEASE NOTE : FOR SOME ITEMS, THE COST OF SHIPPING HAS BEEN ADDED INTO THE TOTAL PRICE. IF FOR SOME REASON WE ACCEPT A RETURN, YOU, THE CUSTOMER, IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING AND THE REFUND WILL BE GIVEN MINUS ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST ALREADY ADDED INTO THE PRICE.

Our customers often wonder why they have to wait so long for our items.
We make all of our items one-by-one by hand, from the selection of bare wood to the meticulously finished product in our wood shop. There are just a few of us as we are a small business. No automation involved in the process. We are only able to produce a limited quantity each week due to the time involved with crafting each piece and when order volume is high we are forced to extend shipping dates. We hope you can understand and have some patience knowing we take great pride and time in your individual item ordered. We know you will love your item as much as we do.
